Return Policy

Other than non-compliance with the Warranty, SurfacePrep will only accept returns of unopened products in undamaged containers within 90 days of the customer’s receipt of the product and the Customer’s pre-payment to SurfacePrep of all return freight and a 25% re-stocking fee. No refund may be issued until the product is received by SurfacePrep and SurfacePrep verifies compliance with the Return Policy.

Shipping Policy

SurfacePrep currently processes orders Monday through Friday. Most orders placed before 5 p.m. ET will process and ship the next business day. We ship within the continental U.S. Most delivery times in the continental U.S. range between 2 and 5 days after processing, depending on location. We ship via private fleet, common carrier, and parcel (UPS, FedEx, etc.). You will be emailed a tracking number after the order is processed.
