Blasting Nozzles

Correct nozzle size, shape, and material play an integral part in efficient blasting. The blast pattern is determined by the size and shape of the nozzle, as well as the air pressure and media. A worn nozzle will consume more compressed air than properly sized air. Once the nozzle's bore has worn by more than 1/16th of an inch, the nozzle should be replaced.
